TANDEM'S STORY

Our Story

When I was a kid, my mom had a ceramics studio in our basement where she taught friends and community members how to make pottery. I would sit at a table and paint while a group of ladies gathered, chatted, and made beautiful works of art together. To this day, it’s one of my most cherished childhood memories.

With so many of you expressing the desire to learn chocolate-making, I’ve decided to take a note from my mom’s book and start offering classes! Community engagement has always been an important part of my life, even when I was working in the nonprofit and finance sectors.

Through these classes, I hope to inspire you to find a love of chocolate-making, creating, and connecting with other locals in the community. Whether you want to learn how to make holiday gifts for friends or you’re just looking for a fun activity, I can’t wait to share my love of chocolate-making with you all!

Sweet regards,

Phyllis
